We walked in today for the first time because it said "New York Style Bagels". We were never greeted. We walked in and the man (who I believe was the owner) just looked at us. We ordered and honestly felt like we were an inconvenience being there. We went to pay- I asked for a side of cream cheese, the girl LITERALLY rolled her eyes at me and handed me a SPOON of the cream cheese I asked for. We needed creamer for our coffee.. you had to ask and the girl basically slid it across the counter. She did that to other customers who needed creamer for their coffee as well. It was unprofessional how the creamer was just thrown there. We opened our bagels and it was THIN. Not New York Style AT ALL. Very disappointed and will not be making this 30 minute drive again

I was worried about the reviews but I thought this place was perfectly fine. The service was good and we didn't have to wait long. 9 dollars for an avocado, egg, and cheese in South Tampa is fairly reasonable. The bagel was also good, it wasn't the best I've ever had but I thought it was pretty good. I'd recommend checking out at least once and giving them a try

First time trying this bagel spot. I didn’t really know what to expect I’ve seen it on TikTok and had it on my places-to-go list for a long time, but I finally made it in today. When I walked in, I felt relaxed right away. The place was clean and the music selection was fire. The customer service was great. Mikhail helped me out and walked me through each ingredient. He was patient and made me feel welcome, especially since it was my first time. I’m not even a raw fish kind of guy, but something about this place made me feel comfortable stepping out of my comfort zone. I tried the nova salmon with the works, and I’m glad I did. It was really good definitely going to be one of my favorite bagels there. I’ll be telling my friends and co-workers about this spot for a quick breakfast or lunch before work. 10/10, I’ll definitely be back.

I was so excited to finally try H&H but had a very disappointing experience. All of the avocado in my bagel was rotten. I even tried removing the avocado but everything was stained black / bagel was ruined.

I lived in the City for 30+ years, lucky to eat at eat so many little bagel shops including eating at H&H Bagels many times. These were fine bagels but not as great as Popup or Pete’s Bagels. Not even as good as the old 18 Bagels and the other variations they tried to make a successful bagel shop at that South Dale Mabry location near FedEx. And for the price, I’d rather got to Whole Foods for their great bagels at a little over a dollar. I ordered 2 plain and 2 sesame to go. The outer had a nice crisp to it and the inside had a nice chew to it. But never got a wow, this is an amazing bagels. Cute little place but the acoustics were off…I asked for not sliced but they started to slice the bagels because they couldn’t hear exactly what u said. I asked the cashier several times to repeat herself as I just couldn’t hear her over the music. I’ll head here numerous more times and will likely adjust my review with more experience eating at this location.
